小妹妹的爸爸媽媽和兄姊，忙著張羅附近的新鮮蔬果和山上捕獲的獵物，準備簡單而豐富的農家便飯。

Paxxioneer’s exclusive trip to Laos spends a full day at a local coffee farm in the hills of Champasak region.

Farmer Phone’s family of seven tends coffee trees and an assortment of free-range livestock over 5 hectares of land. His 4-year-old daughter is a surprisingly good coffee cherry picker, and teaches the Paxxioneer travelers how to pick ripen coffee cherries.

Her parents and older siblings are busy preparing a simple yet sumptuous farmers’ meal for us with locally grown vegetables, glutinous rice and a very special wild boar stew.
